Day of acquaintance with the stock exchange or the first day of a trader's life

Alexey Sergeevich Emelyanov within the framework of the competition "One day in the life of a trader!" tells us about his very first day as a speculator.

One day as a trader

After finishing reading one of Robert Kiyosaki's books, I seriously thought about it. Well, yes, it would be nice to buy stocks and trade futuresand transfer all the money I earned to the bank, to a deposit opened in advance. But if it was more or less realistic to open a bank account, I had no idea where to find a broker or what the stock exchange was. Well, as long as I have the energy and the 10,000,000 roubles set aside, I need to act!

To begin with, I visited all the websites of the banks available in my city, studied the interest rates, decided on a choice, but somehow it was not possible to bring the matter to an end - something always got in the way. A week, a second week, the money continues to lie in the closet...

On one of the next days I received a message on my cell phone from my school friend, with whom I could see only once a year, as he was studying in another city, with a proposal to meet. Naturally, I was glad to see my friend again and gladly set the time and place of the meeting, it was the same beer bar, where we skipped extra lessons in the 10th and 11th grade. The conversation started as usual, talking about how everyone was doing, successes for the year and so on:

- I'm fine, I bought a car, I work there, I play strikeball, a game like paintball, but the weapons are like real weapons, uniforms, you know, probably!?
-I know I'm studying in the countryside. That's all well and good, but I play the stock market.
-The stock exchange? Where's that?
-Hahah, well the website is there, you open a trading account and trade through a broker!
- Shit, it can't be like that, I just recently finished the book, I'm interested in this topic very much, tell me more, and maybe in general, show me what's there and how, and you've already made a lot of money?
- Calm down, it's not that easy, a guy I know taught me a bit, he's "mature" already, he raises decent sums. I've lost only 200$ so far, and now I have 150$ on my account, I started with 50.
-Fuck, man, come on, let's go show you!? It's a sign!!! 🙂 🙂
- Okay, take the "Pass" (he pointed to the bottling machine) and let's go to my place, but not too much, we have a long conversation to have...

On this day I first learned about the stock exchange, about the trading platform, about support and resistance lines, Japanese candlesticks and many other things of a trader's life. Naturally, probably like many beginners, I failed at first. I lost a considerable amount of money, but the books I read before I learned about the stock exchange taught me not to pay attention to failures, but to see them as a reason for success. And it's going great right now!
