Trading strategy for binary options Viper System

Viper System trading strategy - classical channel trading system designed for trading binary optionswith additional filters on the WPRSI indicator and RSI oscillator.

Input parameters

• Currency pairs: any
• Timeframe: M5 and above
• Duration of the option: 6 candles
• Bidding time: London, New York
• Risk Management: choose such a volume of the option, that the risk was not more than 2-5% of the deposit per one trade

Used indicators

• Extreme binary robot channel (period: 200, regression degree 4, dev 1, 1.27, dev 2 1.618, dev 3 2.61),
• RSI (period 6 with levels 75 and 25),
• WPRSI signal (period 27, dn filter 10, up filter 10).

Setting indicators and system template

1. Unpack the archive with templates and indicators.
2. Copy the indicators to the folder MQL4 -> indicators.
3. Copy the templates into the templates folder.
4. Restart the terminal.
5. Open the chart of the desired currency pair.
6. Install the template with the name New Viper Binary.

The schedule should look like this:

Signals indicating the purchase of a CALL option (predicting an upward move)

1. The price has entered the lower zone of the channel.
2. The RSI oscillator was in the oversold area.
3. A blue up arrow (WPRSI indicator) appears.
4. Optional prerequisite: bullish divergence between the oscillator and the price.

Signals indicating the purchase of a PUT option (predicting a downward movement)

1. The price has entered the upper zone of the channel.
2. The RSI oscillator was in the overbought area.
3. A red down arrow appeared.
4. Optional prerequisite: bearish divergence between the oscillator and the price.

We believe that with a little adaptation, trading strategy Viper System is suitable not only for binary options, but also for the classic trading with the usual currency pairs in the foreign exchange market.
