Belarus and Gazprom sorted out the gas issue

The day before, the prime minister had a meeting Belarus Mikhail Myasnikovich and the Chairman of the Board of OJSCGazprom"Alexey Miller. In the course of the negotiations the issue of price formation for gas for Belarus starting next year and tariffs for transportation of gas through the Belarusian territory. In addition, they discussed gas pricing for Belarus from 2015, as Russia plans to achieve equal pricing for domestic and foreign consumers.

The contract price for the supplied Gazprom natural gas in the third quarter of 2011 will be 279.16 dollars per thousand cubic meters. If oil prices remain at current levels, gas will cost in the fourth quarter Belarus 307 dollars per thousand cubic meters.
