  1. Before recourse to the court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written offer to voluntarily resolve the dispute).

    2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority at the location of the Operator, in accordance with applicable law.
