This Privacy Policy of Personal Data (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information located on the domain name mr-trader.com, which can be obtained about the User during the use of this site, programs and products.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The user is obligated to:

2. The site administration is obligated to:
  1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
  2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, except for clauses 5.2. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
  3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of personal data of the User in accordance with the procedure established by law.
  4. To carry out the blocking of personal data relating to the relevant user, from the date of application or request of the user or his legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of unreliable personal data or misconduct.

PARTY LIABILITY

The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation, except for cases stipulated by the items 5.2. 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.
1. In the case of loss or disclosure of personal data Administration of the site is not responsible if these personal data:
  1. were in the public domain prior to their loss or disclosure.
  2. were received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.
  3. have been disclosed with the User's consent.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before recourse to the court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written offer to voluntarily resolve the dispute).
1. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing of the outcome of the claim.
2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority at the location of the Operator, in accordance with applicable law.
3. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the site is governed by applicable law.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
The new Privacy Policy will be effective from the time it is posted on the site, unless otherwise provided for in the new Privacy Policy.
