A set of trading strategies on the principle of three screens ComeSurfing Fx. Part 2. Scalping on M1

In the second part of the series of articles dedicated to the ComeSurfing Fx set of trading strategies, built by the principle of three screensLet's consider using the trading strategy for scalping on the M1 timeframe.

Input parameters

  • Currency pairs: any.
  • Timeframe: senior screens - D1, M15; working screen - M1.
  • Trading hours: London and New York trading sessions.
  • Risk management: after calculating the stop loss, choose one of the following lot sizeto risk no more than 2-5% of the deposit per trade.

Installing indicators and strategy template

  • Unpack the archive with templates and indicators.
  • Copy the indicators to the folder MQL4 -> indicators.
  • Copy the templates into the templates folder.
  • Restarting terminal.
  • Open the chart of the desired currency pair.
  • Install the template named ComeSurfingFxScalping.

The chart should look like this (M1 and M15 timeframes will have additional indicators):

Signals indicating the opening of a long position (buying)

  • The current daily candle (on the D1 timeframe) is green.
  • A bold purple dot appeared on the M15 timeframe (there was a rollback down).
  • On the M1 timeframe, the price is at the lower boundary of the channel (even better if the price will go beyond the lower boundary of the channel)
  • On the M1 timeframe on the THV indicator, the thick line crossed the thin line from bottom to top, and the crossover occurred below the zero level.
  • On the M1 timeframe, the TrendWave indicator is in the oversold zone and a green dot has formed.
  • On the M1 timeframe on the stochastics (the lowest window), the green line crossed the purple line from bottom to top.

Signals indicating the opening of a short position (sale)

  • The current daily candle is purple in color.
  • On the M15 timeframe there is a fat green dot (there was a pullback up).
  • On the M1 timeframe the price is at the upper limit of the channel.
  • On the M1 timeframe on the THV indicator, the thick line crossed the thin line from top to bottom, and the crossover occurred above the zero level.
  • On the M1 timeframe, the TrendWave indicator is in the overbought areaand a purple dot has formed.
  • On the M1 timeframe on the stochastics (the lowest window), the green line crossed the purple line from top to bottom.
