Vidya zone trend indicator - that moving average with dynamic averaging period (VIDYA) using 3 prices in calculations: High, Low and Average.
The Vidya zone indicator uses a modified calculation method, which allowed to eliminate errors due to different impulses for different prices on the same bars.
Basically, the Vidya zone indicator is designed to be used in breakout mode. That is, if the price is inside the zone, there are no signals to trade, but when the price goes outside the limited interval, it is necessary to consider the possibility of a deal.
The Vidya zone trend indicator additionally has a middle line, which changes color depending on the two outer lines. If the outer boundaries are colored the same, the middle line takes the same color. Otherwise, it is colored neutrally. Thus, it is possible to estimate the overall trend.
