Bankrupt RVD Markets and payouts: there will be no refunds on WebMoney and Perfect Money

Internet-broker RVD MarketsThe company, which declared bankruptcy on June 22, 2015, has partially resumed operations, offering its clients to withdraw their initial investments if they were transferred to the company via the UnionPay payment system. So far, this is the first case in recent months and broker bankruptcies, when the company is really ready to return money to clients.

Clients of RVD Markets can return funds from UnionPay and eComCharge

Bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated, but clients -brokers have received the opportunity to enter their personal offices, where they, on the recommendation of the management of RVD Markets, can make an application for withdrawal of own funds from the company's accounts. For now it is possible only for those customers who funded their accounts using UnionPay.

"Clients who deposited funds via UnionPay should apply for withdrawal via the "Withdrawal via UnionPay" form for the full amount available," the broker's website says. The "Withdrawal via UnionPay" form is available in the personal cabinet, where access has been restored.

UnionPay is the national payment system of China, which has been present in Russia since the second half of 2013.

Moreover, it was learned that customers who managed to log into their accounts could also observe a message about the possibility of withdrawing funds that were deposited through the eComCharge: "Customers who deposited funds through eComCharge will receive refunds based on priority lists provided by eComCharge representatives."

When can funds be disbursed?

Also, the company's message says about trading suspension, closing of trades according to the world time and blocking of deposits. The order of payments to clients will be determined upon completion of bankruptcy proceedings, realization of the company's liabilities and unblocking of reserved funds in banks and payment systems.

Who else will be able to get money from RVD and when?

We contacted the manager of the company and clarified who else will have the opportunity to withdraw funds. The representative assured us that in RVD Markets do everything to give the opportunity to the clients to take their initial deposits as soon as possible. Now the main attention is focused on the banks, where the accounts were frozen because of complaints of clients. Banks require from the company various documents, including contracts, statements and so on. Representatives of RVD Markets are actively working in this direction, so that there was an opportunity to continue compensation

But there are two pieces of bad news:

1. Unfortunately, profits earned on the accounts will not be available for withdrawal.
2. Clients who used WebMoney and Perfect Money payment systems for replenishment will not be able to request a refund of the initial deposit.
