Trend trading indicator iTrend + modification
Trending trading indicator iTrend for the MetaTrader 5 terminal and is a bar graph that can be used to determine the direction and strength of trendas well as pivot points.
Presented version of iTrend indicator is finalized by Mladen - a legend in the world of technical indicators. Unlike the original indicator, Mladen's iTrend has a customizable level that is used to determine a trend change (or its continuation). It can be tuned to the desired extremes over a certain period. Once this level is broken, the trend is maintained until it is broken in the opposite direction.
In addition, the following options have been added to the iTrend indicator:
- MTF mode;
- standard set of alerts;
- of the four types moving average for calculations;
- 22 price types.
There is also a modification of this indicator, called iTrend JMA.
This version uses the JMA (Jurik Moving Average) for calculation. This makes the iTrend JMA indicator "faster" than the regular version, as well as smoother.
