Trading strategy on EMA, RSI and Stochastic for USDCHF

Trading strategy based on the usual indicators EMA, RSI and Stochastic is focused on the currency pair USDCHF and is a well thought out and simple combination of trading rules.

Indicators : EMA(5), EMA(10), Stochastic (14, 3, 3), RSI (14, 70, 30);

Protective orders: StopLoss, Breakeven.

Trading strategy algorithm

A purchase transaction is made when:

EMA moving average indicator(5) crosses upward the EMA(10) indicator;
- Stochastic's blue line is above its white line and it is also above the 80 level;
- the RSI indicator is above its 50 level.

A sale is made when:

- EMA(5) indicator crosses EMA(10) indicator from top to bottom;
- blue line Stochastic indicator below its white line and it is also below the 20 level;
- the RSI indicator is below its 50 level.

Market exit rules according to the trading strategy

A trade opened according to the trading strategy rules is closed when EMA(5) and EMA(10) cross in the opposite direction or RSI indicator crosses its level 50 again.

The advantage of the trading system is the fact that it allows filtering of inputs and is therefore more accurate.
Disadvantages of the trading system: moving averages can give very early exit signals.
