A book about a key force in today's labor market, based on the largest study of Generation Z and co-authored with a member of that generation.

Generation Z are those born between 1995 and 2012. They are gradually becoming the main labor force in the labor market.

This book is about members of Generation Z in the work environment. About their peculiarities, essential differences from "millennials", habits, motivation, views on career and success.

The author of the book, David Stillman, has spent nearly twenty years researching the problem of generations. He wrote this book with his son, a typical member of Generation Z. To ignore this generation is like ignoring the existence of Germany and its entire population. Fast Company reports that Generation Z is projected to be about 40% of the total population by 2020. The book presents seven features of this generation, examining them to suggest what Generation Z expects from their working careers. Where and on what grounds might conflicts arise? On what grounds will they be able to find common ground?

A special feature of the book: The 44 questions about Generation Z used in the author's study were formulated by famous people (including executives) such as Mark Cuban, Arianna Huffington and Oprah Winfrey.

David Stillman For twenty years he has been involved in researching the generational problem, publishing the results, and presenting them to company representatives. In the mid-1990s he founded his own company. He is the author of When Generations Collide. He wrote the book "Generation Z at Work" together with his son, a representative of this generation.
