Dealing Center (DC) Dealing Center (DC) - intermediary firm, a non-banking company that provides financial market participants with access to margin trading on foreign exchange market (Forex) and the Contracts For Difference market CFD). Transactions made by traders through a DC are speculativei.e. currency is bought only for the purpose of its further profitable sale. The dealing center conducts all transactions at its own expense and in its own name, working with the client.

Access to trading is provided via the Internet, and the software is a trading terminal (MetaTrader4, Curennex, Rumus, etc.) in which the client manages his trading positions.

The quotes that the client sees in the terminal are a consolidated data stream, which the DC receives from different news agencies, such as Bloomberg and Reuters, which it converts into its own and broadcasts to the clients.

From the legal point of view, the activity of dealing centers is not regulated by clear rules in Russia and Ukraine.
