Moscow Real Estate Index (MARPI) Moscow Real Estate Index (MARPI) - full name "Moscow Average Realty Price Index". This index reflects the dynamics of real estate prices in the capital of Russia and is also an active financial instrument with which it is possible to make transactions on the stock exchange. The main purpose of the MARPI index is hedging of the savings of a trader wishing to purchase Moscow real estate.

The idea for MARPI belongs to analysts at RIC Vesti and Kalita Finance, who have mathematically reflected in the index the dependence between oil prices, the ruble-dollar exchange rate and real estate prices in Moscow.
