DSS Bressert Oscillator (Double Smoothed Stochastic Indicator by Walter Bressert) - twice smoothed Stochastic moving average.
DSS Bressert indicator - a well-designed version of the traditional Stochastic, modified so as to reduce the number of false signals. The indicator works with the 20 and 80 levels to exit overbought and oversold zones, and therefore, according to ForTrader magazine, can replace the usual Stochasticby increasing the quality of the signals.
For convenience, the DSS Bressert indicator has points on the line, displaying the position of the bars on the chart, in order to see exactly when the signal appears.
The oscillator parameters are stochastic periods and EMA.
