OBV2 bands + arrows indicator: volume trading signals
Arrow indicator OBV2 bands + arrows - is a modification of the popular volume indicator On Balance Volume, which is better known by the abbreviation OBV.
To the usual line of the OBV indicator is "screwed" a dynamic channel, similar to Bollinger Bands. The trading signals also look accordingly:
- Buy - when the indicator line breaks the upper border of the channel;
- sale - when the indicator line breaks the lower boundary.
When a channel boundary is broken, an arrow of the corresponding color and direction appears on the chart.
Note that arrow indicator OBV2 bands + arrows is given with the default settings. To increase the efficiency of the indicator, it is necessary to select different parameters for each currency pair.
