Alpari bought Alpari or brand revival

In a follow-up to the scandalous story about the insolvency and possible bankruptcy of Alpari's UK office after events on February 15 news about the acquisition of part of the intellectual property and trademark of Alpari UK by the company's main shareholder and founder, Andrey Dashin. This follows the decision of the interim managers from KPMG to sell the company piecemeal.

Thus, Mr. Dashin took over the company's trademarks, as well as domain names in all EU, African, Asian, North and South American countries. As a reminder, KPMG is holding on to other profitable parts of the company, including £100m ($153m) in Alpari UK customer deposits. Negotiations are underway with other companies willing to carry these liabilities on their balance sheets.
