Signal indicator MTH ADX SMA Cross best suited for trading binary options. It is based on the interaction of the SMA and two ADX indicators and has a trend character.
The trading indicator for binary options MTH ADX SMA Cross can be used in several ways. The author recommends using the indicator in combination with two moving averages, which will act as a trend filter:
- MA (5) > MA (6) - only buy Call options;
- MA (5) < MA (6) - buy only Put options.
The trading indicator MTH ADX SMA Cross gives two types of signals:
- colored circle - preliminary signal;
- colored arrow - executive signal.
Based on this, the indicator can be used for conservative or aggressive trading:
- Conservative trading implies buying an option only after both a preliminary and an executive signal appear.
- for aggressive trading it is enough to wait for the appearance of the preliminary signal.
The author of the indicator recommends choosing 1-2 candles as an expiration time.
