Binary Point Reversal trading strategy for binary options
Binary Point Reversal trading strategy for binary options is based on the use of price reversal points to buy options. As an additional filter, the strategy can use a modified Stochastic indicator.
Input parameters
- Currency pairs: any, indices, commodities
- Expiration time: 5 candles for M1, 3 candles for M5
- Bidding time: any
- Risk management: choose such a volume of option, so that the risk was not more than 2-5% of the deposit per trade

- Candle Time indicator
- Slope direction (5)
- Super signal
- Trend (200)
- Reversal dot (3 zz semafor indicator)
- Stochastic SMA (5,3,3 close)
Setting indicators and system template
- Unpack the archive with templates and indicators
- Copy the indicators to the folder MQL4 -> indicators
- Copy the templates into the templates folder
- Restarting the terminal
- Open the chart of the desired currency pair
- Set a template named binary point reversal
The schedule should look like this:
Signals indicating the purchase of a Call option
- near the lower boundary of the channel, a yellow dot and an up arrow were formed;
- the Slope direction indicator line is white;
- Stochastic SMA indicator line crosses the 20 level from bottom to top (optional).
Signals indicating the purchase of a Put option
- near the upper boundary of the channel, a yellow dot and a down arrow were formed;
- the Slope direction indicator line is red;
- Stochastic SMA line crosses the 80 level from top to bottom (optional).
Additional use of the Stochastic SMA indicator makes trading more conservative - the number of entries will be reduced, but their accuracy will be higher than in aggressive trading.
