Is the billionaire a cheapskate?

The Facebook CEO spared eight bucks in tips when he and his young wife were dining at a restaurant in Rome.

Zuckerberg and Priscilla ordered fried zucchini, sea bass fillets and tomato dumplings for lunch at Nonna Betta, paying 32 euros. After a good meal, the couple left and the waiter was left without a tip.
Restaurant owner Umberto Pavonsello diplomatically defends the 28-year-old Zuckerberg, arguing that the social networking guru and his 27-year-old wife may have forgotten about the tip in a hurry.
"They were really consumed with love, eating dumplings from the same plate," he told the Italian media. But despite the embarrassment, he wants to rename the newlyweds' chosen dish after them.
"I am seriously considering renaming  fiori di zucca - roasted cauliflower zucchini in fiori di zuckerberg," Pavonsello added.
This was not the first time the newlyweds visited a cheap restaurant; they had been spotted at a McDonald's in Rome a couple of times.
