Signals indicating the opening of a long position (buying)

  1. Method 1: Stochastic is above the 80 level. The green line of the TDI indicator crosses the red line from bottom to top. It is desirable that the crossing was above the yellow line. Instead of the crossing, the green line can be pushed away from the red line (also from the bottom up).
  2. Method 2: Stochastic is near or above the 50 level. The green line of the TDI indicator crosses the red line from bottom to top. The crossing should occur near the yellow line.
  3. Stop Loss is put under the nearest local minimum.

Signals indicating the opening of a short position (sale)

  1. Method 1: Stochastic is below the 20 level. The green line of the TDI indicator crosses the red line from top to bottom. It is desirable that the crossing was below the yellow line. Instead of a crossover, repulsion is possible (as in the case of buying).
  2. Method 2: Stochastic is at or below the 50 level. The green line of the TDI indicator crosses the red line from top to bottom. The crossing should occur near the yellow line.
  3. The stop loss is placed over the nearest local maximum.
