Stochastic Star Option trading strategy for binary options
Stochastic Star Option Strategy is intended for trade binary options and is based on the use of polynomial regression. The strategy can also be used for intraday trading.
Input parameters
- Currency pairs: any
- Timeframe: M5 and older
- Expiration time of binary options: 3-5 candles (depending on the volatility of the asset)
- Bidding time: any
- Risk management: choose such a volume of option, so that the risk was not more than 2-5% of the deposit per trade
Used indicators
- COG (period 120, Regression 3);
- Strar alert;
- Stochastic Oscillator (5, 5, 4, close).
Setting indicators and system template
- Unpack the archive with templates and indicators
- Copy the indicators to the folder MQL4 -> indicators
- Copy the templates into the templates folder
- Restarting the terminal
- Open the chart of the desired currency pair
- Install a template named Stochastic Star Option
The schedule should look like this:
Signals indicating the purchase of a Call option
- The price pushed off the lower bands of the COG indicator;
- A signal in the form of a green star appears;
- Stochastic indicator lines are crossed from bottom to top.
Signals indicating the purchase of a Put option
- The price pushed off the upper bands of the COG indicator;
- A signal in the form of a red star appeared;
- Stochastic indicator lines are crossed from top to bottom.
Using the strategy for intraday trading
The Stochastic Star Option trading strategy can be used not only for binary options trading, but also for intraday trading:
- stop loss It is recommended to set it below/above the candle, on which the position is opened;
- Take Profit is set at the nearest opposite bar of the COG indicator.
