Trading strategy for ZigZag, RSI, MACD and EMA

This trading strategy is convenient for traders who prefer to be guided by readings indicators. We will use a set of 4 indicators with standard settings: ZigZag, RSI, MACD and EMA. The tactic is best used on medium timeframes.

Rules of the trading strategy

We open a buy trade:

On the downtrend, we wait for the next low. To determine the direction we use the EMA indicator, to facilitate the search for highs and lows we impose ZigZag.

We find a 1-2-3 swing. Enter to buy just below 2, stop order We place it under 3.

The RSI should be over 50. MACD indicator The zero point has just been crossed or is about to be crossed.

Purpose is the vertical distance from point 2 to 3.

Exit Rule: Exit when the level of profit or loss is reached.
