RCCI (Perfect Commodity Channel Index) - perfect commodity channel index. It is a mathematically constructed indicator, which evaluates the divergence of price from the mathematical expectation.
In fact, if PSSI indicator shows a value close to 1, then we should expect a price reversal downward, if the value is close to -1, then an upward reversal is possible.
