VolatilityAverageSingleHighLimit indicator, with the help of readings of several ATR indicators, allows you to determine the state of the market.
The VolatilityAverageSingleHighLimit indicator displays three lines in the basement of the chart:
- красная линия индикатора – это единичная volatility (ATR period 1);
- синяя линия – средняя волатильность (период ATR 24);
- светло-коричневая линия – повышенная средняя волатильность (период ATR 24, умноженный на 2,5).
As a result, we get three market states:
- Low-active - the single volatility line is below the average volatility line.
- Active - the single volatility lines are between the average and increased average volatility lines.
- Extremely active - the single volatility line above the line of increased average volatility.
