Bloombex Options - a new scam broker?
Pilpel Capital Ltd, which provides the opportunity to trade binary options and operates under the name Bloombex Options, provides investment services without a license or registration.
CySEC Warns of Bloombex Options
This was reported by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), whose responsibilities include regulating the island's financial markets.
In addition, the CySEC has not received any requests for company registration from any Cypriot law or the EU MiFID directive.
At the same time on the site of the company no information about registration with the regulatory authorities and licenses obtained to conduct activities, but provides information in 10 different languages, therefore, works with a wide target audience.
Thus, Bloombex Options tries to provide services to citizens of even those countries that require an additional separate license from the Cypriot regulator. In addition, the physical address of the company has London roots, which obliges the broker to obtain a license from the British Gambling Commission.
Not surprisingly, CySEC issued a similar warning against Bloombex Options, whose brand name is Pilpel Capital Ltd. However, regulators usually resort to such reports only after receiving numerous complaints about annoying calls from such unlicensed companies offering investment services. It is likely that the complaints come from other jurisdictions as well.
